Cash and jewellery stolen from house in Tala

Paphos police are investigating the theft of money and jewellery from a house in Tala.

The 74-ear-old owner of the house, a British national, reported to police on Monday evening that perpetrators broke into her home while she was away.

They managed to open her safe and took €3,000, 1,000 GBP and several pieces of jewellery.

Police officers seized various objects from the scene to help locate the thieves.
