TGIF: light and fluffy weekend crêpes

Here at Good Living, you may have observed that we usually like to mark the end of the working week with a TGIF recipe… A little note of indulgence with which to treat yourself over the weekend, hopefully catching your breath as you cook, bake or mix something that’s a tiny celebration.

This blender recipe for homemade crêpes couldn’t be easier and they turn out perfectly every time.

Crêpes, which originate in Brittany, a region in the west of France, are usually of two types: sweet crêpes (crêpes sucrées) and savoury galettes (crêpes salées). They’re served with a variety of fillings; the simplest feature only sugar but they can go all the way to versions such as elaborate, flambéed crêpes suzette.
