Coca-Cola HBC Cyprus’ #YouthEmpowered Programme returns

Coca-Cola HBC Cyprus’ pioneering #YouthEmpowered Programme returns this month with physical presence at the University of Cyprus.

The #YouthEmpowered Programme is a timeless institution that aims to provide knowledge, skills, networking and real employment opportunities for young people who wish to join the workplace of the new era, a relevant press release said.

It consists of 12 hours of training and focuses on four thematic modules of three hours duration each, which combine theoretical background and practical application.

The first thematic concerns sustainability as a need and not as an option, the second LinkedIn as a great opportunity for labour market integration, the third is on social media and personal branding and focuses on content production as a powerful weapon for finding a job. The fourth thematic covers challenges and opportunities in job search and how to create a resume that stands out.

Experienced speakers and trainers from the business, scientific and academic world have been responsible for the implementation of the thematic modules of the programme.

The programme is a partnership of Coca-Cola HBC Cyprus’ with the Department of Business and Public Administration and the University of Cyprus Career Centre.
