Sheep stolen

Twenty sheep around four-months-old and worth over €2,000 were reported stolen from a farm in Frenaros, in Famagusta on Friday.

According to the police, the farm’s owner, a 60-year-old man from Sotira, reported that the sheep were stolen sometime between 7.30pm on Thursday and 7am on Friday, from his farm located in a farming area in Frenaros.

The total value of the sheep is estimated at €2,400 euros. The 60-year-old was not insured against theft.
