Greek tragedy for Tsitsipas after shock Wimbledon exit

Stefanos Tsitsipas, who reached the final of Roland Garros earlier this month, was beaten in straight sets

French Open runner-up Stefanos Tsitsipas crashed out of Wimbledon after a shock first-round loss to Frances Tiafoe.

The third seeded Greek was blown away by the world number 57, who won 6-4 6-4 6-3 under the roof on Court One.

It was his first match since losing the Paris final in five sets to Novak Djokovic two weeks ago and meant his struggles at Wimbledon continued, having gone out at this stage for the third time in four visits to SW19.
