Man arrested for stealing electronics

Paphos police on Wednesday said they arrested a 29-year-old man in connection with a burglary of an electronic store in Polis Chrysochous.

According to police, the burglary took place last Sunday, during which various electronic devices were stolen from the business.

The culprits also broke the glass entrance of the store, which amounts to €1,600.

The suspect was arrested following a search in his house where officers found a computer and a keyboard that were allegedly included in the stolen property.

Police said the man is investigated for burglary and theft of a store as well as malicious damage.
