Investigations after kiosk robbed at knifepoint

Nicosia police said they were investigating on Thursday after a kiosk was robbed at knifepoint.

The robbery took place around 11pm when an unknown man entered the kiosk and threatening the 49-year-old employee with a knife, he stole an unspecified amount of money from the cash register.

Police said the suspect was described as being of African descent, tall, of average build. He was wearing a white head scarf, a protective face mask, a black jacket and grey and red trainers.
