Suspect arrested for stealing bicycles in Ayia Napa

A 50-year-old man from Limassol will be taken before the Famagusta District court on Friday as a suspect for the theft of 18 bikes from a hotel in Ayia Napa with a total value of €4,000.

According to police, the suspect was arrested in Limassol on Thursday, after he was recognised on a hotel’s security cameras.
On Wedneaday management from five hotels in the Ayia Napa region reported to police that a total of 18 bikes were stolen from their premises on the night of Tuesday.
The suspect is already known to police.
