Marinated, juicy and tender lamb kabobs

With summer’s grilling season just around the corner (although one may argue this lasts year-round in Cyprus), there are a host of options for getting friends around the barbecue.

So, in this video, Suzy Karadsheh of the Mediterranean Dish YouTube channel shares her proven method for preparing the juiciest lamb kabobs.

What’s her secret to ensuring the meat turns out succulent and tender? The answer lies in a special Mediterranean marinade, which flavours and tenderises the lamb, together with a bit of grilling technique.
