The trailer for the new ‘Dear Evan Hansen’ movie has got the internet abuzz after glimpses of 27-year-old actor Ben Platt playing a teenage role.

‘Dear Evan Hansen’ is the film adaptation of the Tony and Grammy Award-winning musical about Evan Hansen, a high school senior with social anxiety disorder and his journey of self-discovery and acceptance following the suicide of a fellow classmate.

But Platt is hardly the first Hollywood actor to embody a character far younger than their actual years – and in this video, we take a peek at other, famously non-aligned acting portrayals, which made pop-culture history.
