Charity supported by 2021 Radisson BLU marathon calls on runners to fundraise

Given that the Radisson BLU Larnaka International Marathon 2021 features the Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Cyprus as a supported cause, running enthusiasts are called to turn their passion to philanthropy.

Taking place on November 21, with routes along the beautiful Palm Beach Avenue (Foinikoudes), beside salt lakes where flamingos congregate in autumn, the event offers challenges for every runner, from experienced to newcomer. Participants can compete in a Full Marathon, a Half Marathon, a 10K Race, a 5K City Race, a 5K Corporate Team Race and a 1K Family Race.

By registering to take part and creating a fundraising project on GivenGain, runners can join the team supporting the development of the first Ronald McDonald House®, near Makarios Hospital. With every €10 raised, entrants can provide a “home away from home” for families with seriously ill children who are undergoing medical treatment.
