Elias Neocleous & Co LLC has successfully completed the first annual audit of its ISO 9001:2015 certification. This follows the firm successfully completing a re-certification process to upgrade to the latest version of the world’s leading quality management standard in 2020.

This year’s audit was performed by internationally-renowned certification specialists Bureau Veritas, Athens. It concluded on October 22, 2021. The annual audit ensures that the firm’s business processes continue to comply with the high quality levels set by ISO 9001:2015.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard helps businesses and organisations become more efficient and improve their customer satisfaction levels.
